I know I haven't been posting very much this summer and I feel kinda bad because Carmyn is growing like a weed all of the sudden- but I do have an excuse! Water skiing! Anyone who knows Chad and I- knows that we love to water ski. We have been pretty religiously going out water skiing 3 nights a week this whole summer ( sometimes 4 nights a week) and Chad has been doing ski tournaments on the weekends. So on top of working 2 12hr evening shifts at the hospital, our water ski schedule, and trying to keep my housework somewhat done- I think I have a pretty good excuse for not being a very good blogger! However, I do want to remember this fun time with our baby growing up- so I'm going to try to stay better updated.
Sounds like a good excuse to me. Glad you guys are having such a fun summer!!! It is sad to think it is almost over. Have fun in the water and worry about blogging when its cold out.
How fun does that sound! I love the lake anyway. I need to get my boys out to Sand Hollow one more time before it gets to cold to swim! Please post some new pics of your darling baby, I bet she's changed so much! P.S. E-mail or text me your address! xoxo
I'm a wife, mother, daughter, sister, and a nurse. I love to exercise, bike, run, waterski, read, craft, take pictures, draw, and spend time with my family. I burn most things I cook and I'm a really bad driver, but I'm happy and I love my crazy life with my Hubby and three kids. Thanks for visiting my blog and sharing a little piece of my life with me....
"The more I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company...a church... a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past...we cannot change the fact that people act a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The ONLY thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude... I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it. And so it is with you... we are in charge of our Attitudes." -Charles Swindoll- -inspired by Great Grandma Farr-
